INTERACTIVE IT HEALTH CHECK

Where should your
IT focus next?

Take a step back from the daily demands. Turn eight answers into three practical priorities for your business.

STEP 1 OF 40 of 8 answered

Direction & spending

Start with how technology decisions connect to the business.

Choose one answer for each question. “Not sure” is a useful answer, too.

How do you decide what technology work comes next?

Think about business goals, a named decision-maker, and an agreed list of priorities.

How clear is your view of technology spending and vendor commitments?

Include subscriptions, equipment, support agreements, owners, and renewal dates.

How the priorities are chosen

This is KAISAN’s planning guide, based only on the answers you select. It does not inspect your systems or certify their security.

Reported gaps come first, followed by partly established or unknown practices. Practices already in place come last and receive maintenance suggestions. “Not sure” produces a verification step, not a finding that something is wrong.

When answers fall in the same group, the order is recovery, account access, technology direction, support, application fit, project delivery, manual work, then spending. This gives continuity and access foundations precedence within that group; your actual business context may change the order.

Three areas are shown to keep the next conversation focused. Other answers can still deserve attention. There is no overall score or guaranteed outcome.

For further reading on account protection and recovery, see CISA’s multifactor authentication guidance and its ransomware prevention and recovery guide. The questionnaire and ordering are KAISAN’s own, not a CISA assessment.
